Welcome to Olive Home!
Please take a moment to read the following house rules so that your stay — and the stay of future guests — remains comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. 🌿


1. Quiet Hours

23:00 – 07:00 and 15:00 – 17:00

Please respect our neighbors and the general quietness of the building during these hours.

2. No Parties or Gatherings

The property is intended exclusively for the registered guests of the reservation.
Parties, events, and noisy gatherings are not allowed.

3. Registered Guests Only

For safety and insurance reasons, only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

4. Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas of the property.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
In case of smoking indoors, a €200 penalty will be charged, to cover specialized cleaning and deodorization costs.

5. Responsible Use of Water & Energy

Please use water and electricity responsibly.
Help us reduce environmental impact by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.

6. Respect for the Property

Please treat the apartment with care.
In case of damage or loss of items, a charge may apply based on the replacement cost.

7. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: after 15:00
  •  
  • Check-out: by 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and with a small additional charge.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in advance with the host.

9. Waste & Recycling

Please use the designated waste and recycling bins available in the apartment.

10. Safety

For safety reasons, please ensure that doors, windows, and electrical appliances are properly secured or turned off whenever you leave the apartment.

11. Baby Equipment

A baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request, at an additional cost of €10 per day.

12. Cleanliness & Additional Cleaning Charges

Our goal is to deliver Olive Home in excellent condition for every guest.
We kindly ask that you maintain a basic level of tidiness upon departure.

Standard cleaning is included in your reservation.

However, if the apartment is returned in a significantly worse condition than normal use, additional charges may apply. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • heavy stains on linens or towels

  • food residue left on surfaces

  • excessive mess or disorder

  • misuse of towels or furnishings

Any additional charge will be based on:

  • the cost of extra cleaning hours, and/or

  • the replacement cost of items that cannot be restored.
