Payment Policy

Reservation Deposit

To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required.

Payment is made through a secure online transaction (credit/debit card or PayPal) at the time of booking.

Once the payment is successfully completed, the reservation is considered confirmed, and a confirmation email is sent to the guest.

Balance Payment

The remaining 70% balance is payable upon arrival at the property, either by card or cash.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival:
    The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or no-shows:
    The deposit is non-refundable (100% of the deposit amount is charged).

This policy applies to all reservations, regardless of season.

Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in: 15:00

    • Check-out: 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out requires prior arrangement and confirmation of availability.

Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (TAKK)

The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is determined by Greek legislation and is payable upon arrival at the property.

  • November – March: €2 per night

  • April – October: €8 per night

This fee is not included in the booking price and is collected at the accommodation.

Reservation Changes

Changes to reservation dates or the number of guests are subject to availability.

Any modification may affect the final cost of the stay.

Damages & Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

In case of significant damage, an additional charge may apply to cover repair or replacement costs.

Neighborhood Respect

Olive Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Please avoid excessive noise after 23:00, so that all residents and guests can enjoy the peace and comfort of the area.

Personal Data Protection

Personal data is used exclusively for booking and communication purposes.

Personal information is not shared with third parties, unless required by applicable law.
